The Dreamscapes Project

a long long time ago I used to think I had it all at least thats what the people told me well I guess they might be wrong for these great hands I cannot move to put things back to where they were again so I sit here like a child wishing I was a thousand men one day at a time I try too hard one day at a time I give it my all one day at a time I sit and say maybe maybe maybe maybe its better this way I used to ride a mighty horse with my love watching by my side now that happiness is just a memory and her love has all but died now shes moved far far away from here and asked for time to heal the burn I sit alone and slam my head against the wall is the lesson I had to learn one thing I've always said its easier to think than it is to feel for I can learn to forget long before I even start to heal maybe maybe it won't turn out that way
