The Dreamscapes Project

I've traveled up and down these stairs more than forty times tonight hit the top and stop and stare hoping there's a different sight when the floor showed it was bare there was no more to ascend to I found if you fake that you don't care they can't break they can only bend you hesitation its like a disease it brings frustration then it leaves you with nothing but I pace across this wooden floor I'm barely brave enough to leave there's something more I crave before I fear the stairs dared not achieved They helped me climb to a higher plane there safety lives seemed good and all true but when they cease their faceless games they just point where to fall to again I try to stop before I start I try to think before I feel I try to separate the parts figure out if what's left is real
